2. No more Dr. Pepper
3. Read my Scriptures
4. Finish School
5. Write my son weekly emails
This is where I have started for this year. Today...I want to gym and have been following my diet. No Dr. Pepper so far and I totally feel lost. My old routine would consist of taking the kids to school and then stopping off at QT for a soda, maybe a doughnut. But not today, I woke up at 4:30 and went to gym. Then got my kiddos off to school and came home and just puddered round the house. Hopefully tomorrow I will be more on task with my goals for the day.
With school starting next week, this will help me getting more into a routine. But so far today is a bust but we will see.
